I’m Nat and most of the time you will find me swooning over book boyfriends or looking for the newest beauty products I think I should try.
Since you are visiting my ‘About’ page, I’m guessing you want to know a little bit more about me. So, here we go!
For as long as I can remember, reading has always been something I always do. No matter where I go, I always have books with me – to the point where it bothers my mum because I would read books when we are going to the mall and I would bump into people because I was so engrossed in the story and I didn’t watch where I was going.
One day, after I finished reading and talked my friend’s ears off about a contemporary novel I read, he suggested that maybe I should create a book blog since I also love writing. That was how I started out in 2015 under the name of Sweater Weather – a little corner where I can combine my passion for writing and my love for books.
Fast forward two years later, I realized that I want more. I want to write about many different topics that interests me – beyond books and pop culture. I want the blog to show different sides of me. And that my friend, was how The Wednesday Issue eventually born.
If you ask me where do I want to go with this blog, the answer is I don’t know. All I know is I love writing and I want to share my opinion and have discussions with all of you on various different topic – be it more serious topics like social issues, or pop culture discussions such as books that recently made me cry, or even my new favorite lipstick. There is so many unknown possibilities and I’m excited to see how it’s gonna go.
